How to Pitch:

Pitching your idea to Athena's Library is simple. Just fill out our online submission form (see below) with a brief overview of your concept, along with any pertinent details or inspirations.

We encourage you to be as passionate and descriptive as possible, giving us a glimpse into the heart and soul of your story. If you have any imagery to share, please include.

Types of Stories We Accept:

At Athena's Library, we are dedicated to amplifying the voices of young girls and women. We accept a wide range of genres and formats, including fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and more, as long as they align with our mission of empowerment, inspiration, and education.

Whether it's a captivating adventure starring a fearless heroine, a thought-provoking memoir that celebrates female resilience, or a practical guidebook that empowers young girls to pursue their dreams, we welcome stories that uplift and inspire.

What Happens Once You Have Pitched:

Once you've submitted your pitch, our team will carefully review it to determine if it aligns with our publishing vision. If we believe your idea is a good fit for Athena's Library, we'll reach out to discuss next steps, which may include requesting additional information or inviting you to submit a full manuscript.

What Happens to a Manuscript That Has Been Sent to Us:

If your manuscript is selected for further consideration, our team of editors will delve into the finer details, offering feedback and guidance to help polish your work to perfection. We believe in collaboration and transparency every step of the way, ensuring that your vision remains at the forefront of the publishing process.

We accept submissions from both established authors and newcomers alike.
While we welcome submissions from all over the world, please note that we primarily publish books in English.
We strive to respond to all pitches and submissions in a timely manner, but please be patient as we give each one the attention it deserves.
